ADAM Privacy Policy

Effective 5 November 2026

ADAM is a workout interval timer for iPhone, iPad and Android. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. The short version: ADAM does not collect, store or share any personal data.

Information we collect

None. ADAM has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app does not send any information to us or to anyone else, and we do not run servers that receive data from the app.

Information stored on your device

Your timers, templates you have saved, interval names, settings and the number of workouts you have finished are stored only on your device so the app can work. This information never leaves your device through ADAM. It is deleted when you delete the app, or when you choose Settings → Reset all data in the app.

If you use iCloud or Google device backups, your phone may include this app data in its backups. Those backups are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.

Permissions

ADAM only asks for a permission when you turn on the feature that needs it, and you can turn each one off at any time in your device settings.

Other apps and services

Some buttons hand you over to apps provided by Apple or Google, such as the music app, the share sheet or the App Store / Google Play review screen. What you do there is covered by those companies' privacy policies.

Purchases

ADAM is currently free and has no in-app purchases. If we add optional purchases in the future, payment is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details. We will update this policy before that happens.

Children

ADAM is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal data, it collects none from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
